Helen Osman
Psychotherapeutic counsellor
Helen graduated from the Scarborough Counselling and Psychotherapy Institute with an
Advanced Diploma in Relational Centred Counselling in 2007. She worked with Hull & East Yorkshire Mind running the respected LINX project, managing a team of support
workers and working with a wide range of clients with diverse needs including young
people experiencing early onset psychosis.
Alongside this, Helen ran a private practice as
a UKCP accredited psychotherapeutic counsellor.
Helen’s particular area of interest is understanding and working with complex relational dynamics.
Following a period focusing
on bringing up a young family, Helen has now returned to private practice and is re-
accrediting with the UKCP.
