Our services

Support your B12 levels. Support your health.

Vitamin B12 is essential for healthy red blood cells, energy production and normal nervous system function. For people who are deficient or struggle to absorb B12 through their diet, an injection provides a direct way to deliver the vitamin into the body.

Why B12 supplements aren't always enough

For some people, taking B12 by mouth isn't enough.

If your body has difficulty absorbing B12 through the digestive system, an injection can bypass this process and deliver the vitamin directly into the muscle.

At West-Gate, we use hydroxocobalamin, a prescription form of vitamin B12 commonly used in the UK to treat and prevent B12 deficiency.
